Entry-Level Restaurant Manager


We are hiring a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Restaurant Manager in Karachi. As the manager of our restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, food quality, customer service, and budget
- Train and supervise new employees to ensure they meet our standards for quality and service
- Create work schedules and handle employee relations issues
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Prior experience in the restaurant industry is not required but considered a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Urdu is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
