Instrument Technician - Al-Khor, Qatar


We are seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing various instruments and equipment used in industrial settings. This can include devices such as pressure gauges, temperature controllers, flow meters and other specialized instruments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and calibrate various instruments and equipment as per manufacturer's instructions.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty instruments and equipment.
- Perform regular maintenance on instruments to ensure proper functioning.
- Keep detailed records of all work performed and maintain inventory of spare parts.
- Follow all safety protocols while working with electrical systems.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify and resolve issues.

Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in instrumentation or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and instrumentation principles.
- Proficient in reading technical diagrams and manuals.
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools for installation, maintenance, and repair work.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English.
