We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies to increase company revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support to achieve targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Monitor sales performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure targets are met
- Train and develop sales staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month plus commission based on performance. This is a contract job with free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket provided. This position is suitable for male candidates who are willing to relocate to Jizan.
