Information Security Analyst

Our company in Moscow is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Information Security Analyst to join our team. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting the organization's sensitive information and systems by identifying potential security threats and implementing measures to prevent them. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor network activity for suspicious behavior and investigate any potential security incidents
- Configure and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus software, and other security tools
- Stay updated with the latest security trends and developments in order to proactively address emerging threats
- Work closely with other IT teams to ensure that all systems are secure from external attacks as well as internal threats
- Provide training and awareness programs for employees on information security best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Proven work experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
- Knowledge of information security principles, practices, technologies, and regulations (such as GDPR)
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools (e.g. Nessus) and intrusion detection systems (e.g. Snort)
- Familiarity with network protocols (e.g. TCP/IP) and operating systems (e.g. Windows, Linux)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve security issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: 1200$ monthly

Location: Moscow (open for Filipinos, foreigners, English speaking professionals)
