Administrator (Nepali-speaking) - Izhevsk, Russia
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and providing administrative support to our company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails and inquiries, and direct visitors
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Create and maintain company documents, records, and reports
- Process invoices, expenses, and other financial transactions
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when necessary
Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali language (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
