Heavy Equipment Operator - Kaunas, Lithuania


We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders to move materials and perform construction tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy equipment and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment
- Move materials and perform construction tasks according to project plans
- Communicate with team members to ensure project goals are met
- Comply with company safety policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment (excavators, bulldozers, loaders)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Fluent in English (Lithuanian language skills are a plus)

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 900$ per month. Additional benefits may be offered based on experience and performance.
