Contract Administrator (Pakistani Nationals)
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing and overseeing all contracts and agreements for our company based in Siauliai. As a key member of our team, the ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all contract documents, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure contracts are properly reviewed, approved, and executed.
- Monitor contract performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
- Communicate with external parties regarding contract terms, negotiations, and amendments.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
- Develop and maintain a contract management system to track deadlines, renewals, and other important information.
- Provide support to the legal team in reviewing contracts and identifying potential risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of legal terms and language.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Pakistani nationality preferred.
This is a contract position with visa sponsorship provided. The salary for this role is $1200 per month.
