Industrial Architect

We are currently hiring an Industrial Architect to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and efficient designs that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Design and plan industrial buildings and structures
- Conduct site visits, gather information, and assess project requirements
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility of designs
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved plans
- Make adjustments to designs as needed based on client feedback or changes in project scope
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and structural engineering
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
- Experience working on industrial projects in Las Vegas
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Fluency in Arabic

This position offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month along with accommodation. Visa sponsorship may also be provided for the right candidate.
