Crane Operator

We are currently hiring a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Nakuru. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on construction sites. You will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance and safety checks on the cranes.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Crane Operator is preferred but not required.
- Must have a valid Crane Operator certification.
- Strong understanding of crane operations and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
- Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception.
- Must be willing to work full-time without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes including tower cranes, mobile cranes, and overhead cranes.
- Lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment according to specifications.
- Inspect equipment before use to ensure it is in proper working condition.
- Perform routine maintenance on the cranes as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the crane.
- Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth operations on the construction site.
