Surveyor - Balzers, Liechtenstein


We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and creating precise measurements and data for various construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$, suitable for Indian nationals with excellent English speaking skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser levels
- Create detailed maps and drawings based on survey data
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in survey data and resolve them
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of surveying information
- Conduct research and gather information on land conditions, boundaries, and other relevant factors
- Prepare reports and documentation for clients and regulatory agencies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficient in using surveying tools and equipment
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid work visa for Liechtenstein
