Concierge

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Concierge to join our team in Muscat. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with various tasks during their stay. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have no prior experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Provide recommendations and make reservations for local restaurants, activities, and transportation
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Keep track of guest preferences and special requests for future visits

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with valid passport
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
