Sous Chef

We are in search of a skilled and creative Sous Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Alta, Norway. As the Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and creating delicious culinary dishes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing food preparation, training and supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the culinary industry, with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating innovative dishes using fresh local ingredients. You must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where attention to detail is crucial. A competitive salary of $1200 per month is offered along with opportunities for growth within our company.
