We are seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Worker to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal products, using various tools and equipment such as welding machines, grinders, and saws.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Cut, shape, and bend metal pieces to create specific parts or structures
- Use welding techniques to join metal pieces together
- Operate various tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Repair damaged or worn metal products using appropriate techniques
- Follow all safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Metal Worker or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of welding techniques and equipment is required
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Good physical stamina and strength
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic English language skills preferred but not required
