Job Title: JAVA Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team in Akron. As a JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and testing complex software programs using JAVA language. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop technical solutions that meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies, as well as experience with agile development practices. This position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month for Indian nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Design, code, and test software applications using JAVA language
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing software systems
- Follow agile development practices and participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry
- Document code changes and maintain proper documentation for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a JAVA Developer
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles
- Experience working with Java EE technologies such as JSP, Servlets, EJBs, etc.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (Indian nationals preferred)
