Administrator for a Multinational Corporation in Balzers, Liechtenstein
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at a multinational corporation in Balzers, Liechtenstein. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize company documents, records, and databases
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking
- Communicate with clients and vendors as needed
- Provide general administrative support to all departments as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a multinational corporation is a plus
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
