Administrator for Contract Position in Balzers, Liechtenstein
We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator for a contract position in Balzers, Liechtenstein. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks and supporting the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in English, and have a strong understanding of administrative procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an international setting. Accommodation and visa assistance will be provided. Prior experience is not required but preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Monitor office expenses and costs
- Update and maintain databases
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper communication and coordination
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Proven experience as an administrator, administrative assistant or relevant role is preferred but not required
- Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. printers)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Fluency in English is required
- Must be eligible to work in Balzers, Liechtenstein
Salary: 1700$ per month
Contract Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
