Merchandiser Supervisor

As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising team and ensuring the successful execution of product displays and promotions. You will work closely with the merchandising manager to develop strategies and plans for maximizing sales and profitability. Your duties will include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. You must have strong leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities. This position is based in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait and is open to Indian nationals.

Salary: $1400/month

City: Al Ahmadi, Kuwait

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in merchandising/sales management
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic recommendations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the merchandising team and ensure compliance with company standards and strategies
- Develop plans for product displays and promotions in coordination with the merchandising manager
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving sales performance
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement when necessary
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations within the store
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
