We are hiring a skilled welder to join our team in Nairobi. As a welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components to repair or maintain machinery, equipment, and structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, and we provide accommodation and cover the cost of your work visa and ticket. We welcome applicants of any nationality, and English proficiency is not required. Part-time positions are also available for those with prior welding experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding process
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments together
- Select proper welding techniques based on the type of metal being welded
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment or materials as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working in the workshop or on-site

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a welder in a professional setting
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
- Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick)
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication skills (English proficiency preferred but not required)
