Web Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Designer to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet the needs and goals of our clients. Your primary focus will be on designing website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces, while also ensuring the overall functionality and accessibility of the site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for websites based on client requirements
- Design website layouts that are aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of design elements is seamless
- Conduct research on current design trends and techniques to continuously improve our designs
- Optimize website designs for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure all website designs are responsive and compatible across different browsers and devices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design software
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages
- Experience with responsive design principles and optimizing designs for different devices
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with UX/UI design principles
- Knowledge of SEO best practices in web design
- Familiarity with front-end development frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Izhevsk, Russia (visa sponsorship available)
