We are hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for planning and conducting surveys to determine exact locations and measurements of land features. Your duties will include gathering data, using surveying equipment, analyzing information, and creating detailed reports. The ideal candidate will have a background in land surveying with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$, suitable for men without accommodation. Malayalees preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct land surveys using different methods such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography
- Collect data on land features including boundaries, elevations, contours, structures, and utility lines
- Analyze data to determine precise locations of natural features and man-made structures
- Create detailed reports including maps, charts, and diagrams based on survey results
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Maintain surveying equipment and ensure it is in good working condition at all times
- Follow all safety procedures while performing surveys in various terrains

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or relevant field preferred
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, laser scanners
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to calculate angles, distances, areas accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods of time in various weather conditions
