Land Surveyor

We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ashdod. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate and precise measurements of land and structures using specialized equipment and technology. Your role will involve analyzing data, creating maps and reports, and providing recommendations for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using GPS, total stations, and other specialized equipment
- Analyze survey data to create accurate maps and reports
- Provide recommendations for construction projects based on survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes
- Maintain accurate records of survey data
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying methods, principles, and techniques
- Proficiency in using GPS equipment, total stations, and other surveying tools
- Familiarity with CAD software for map creation
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hebrew is an advantage)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Physical fitness for working outdoors in various weather conditions
