Concierge Assistant in Nairobi

We are hiring a Concierge Assistant to join our team in Nairobi. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay. Your main duties will include making reservations, arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local activities and attractions, and handling any guest inquiries or concerns.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required. This is a seasonal job with a salary of 1600$ per month. Accommodation is not provided, but we can assist in finding suitable housing options. A free visa and ticket will be provided for foreign applicants.
