We are seeking a talented and creative Florist to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and special events. You will also be responsible for managing the inventory of flowers and supplies, maintaining the cleanliness of the shop, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements according to client preferences and event themes
- Manage inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked at all times
- Keep track of orders and ensure timely delivery to clients
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs, answering inquiries, and taking orders
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design and incorporate them into your work
- Train new florists or assistants as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a florist or in a similar role
- Creative flair and eye for detail
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be physically fit as the job requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A certification or degree in floral design is preferred.

Language Skills:
Fluency in English is preferred but not required.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. However, flexibility may be required during peak seasons or special events.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
