Job Title: Metal Fabricator


As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for creating metal structures and products based on client specifications and blueprints. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in metalworking and fabrication who are looking to expand their skills and knowledge in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project requirements
- Cut, shape, and assemble metal pieces using various tools such as saws, drills, grinders, and welding equipment
- Measure and mark dimensions on metal pieces to ensure accuracy
- Weld or solder metal pieces together to create structures or products
- Use hand tools to polish and smooth out rough edges on metal pieces
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Make necessary adjustments or repairs as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Previous experience in metalworking or fabrication is required
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Proficiency in the use of various hand tools such as saws, drills, grinders
and welding equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and sketches
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing for long periods of time
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Location: Bergen, Norway (accommodation provided)

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
