Nepali Restaurant Manager in Lusail, Qatar


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nepali Restaurant Manager to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring a profitable business.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and manage staff performance
- Create and maintain budgets, monitor expenses and maximize profitability
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
- Ensure high quality of food and service standards are consistently met
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Must be a Nepali national with a valid work visa in Qatar
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience working in the Middle East region

Salary:
