We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be in charge of maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to customer requests
- Ensure that all beverage orders are made accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop at all times
- Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions to management
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions, and handling any concerns or complaints
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Keep track of inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, etc. and place orders as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food items and cleaning equipment
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in the coffee industry to make recommendations to customers

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different brewing methods such as pour-over, French press, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Indian nationality (preferred)

Salary: $1400 per month
