Barista - Specialty Coffee Expert

Are you a passionate coffee lover with experience in the specialty coffee industry? Do you have a knack for creating delicious and unique coffee drinks? Our busy cafe in Sofia is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks according to customer orders
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and brewing methods
- Ensure consistent quality of all beverages by following proper recipes and techniques
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records
- Keep work area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times
- Restock supplies as needed throughout shift
- Assist with food preparation if necessary

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of different brewing methods and techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism at all times
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1500/month

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (candidates from other countries are welcome)
