Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients through online channels. You will use your excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to assist clients in making informed decisions. This role requires a high level of professionalism, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries through online channels.
- Understand clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products and services, as well as industry trends.
- Manage multiple client interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Educate clients on new products or services that may benefit them.
- Continuously improve upon your knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Proficient in using online platforms for communication and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the company's products and services is an asset.

Compensation:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. The company also provides accommodation for employees.

Location:
This position is based in Moscow, Russia. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are fluent in English.
