As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients through various virtual platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer service and problem-solving techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via email, chat, or video conferencing to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct research and analysis on various topics related to client inquiries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in order to provide the most relevant and effective advice to clients
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our services and processes
- Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in customer service or consulting role
- Strong communication skills in both English and Russian (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of online marketing strategies preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service
