Computer Support Specialist


A growing computer support company in St-Petersburg is seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, both remotely and on-site. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for clients
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Provide timely and effective technical support via phone, email, or in-person
- Collaborate with team members to find solutions to complex technical problems
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and technical solutions provided
- Conduct research on new technologies and make recommendations for implementation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Proven experience with troubleshooting technical issues
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good time-management skills
- Customer-oriented attitude

This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month. The working hours are flexible to accommodate students or those seeking part-time work. Accommodation is not provided.
