Restaurant Manager for International Cuisine in Herzliya
Our restaurant in Herzliya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our international cuisine establishment. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial management
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they provide efficient and friendly service to customers
- Create schedules for employees and manage labor costs
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with all health codes and regulations
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available at all times
- Develop strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an international cuisine establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew would be an advantage)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in managing financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
