As a moderator for events and conferences in Atlanta, your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of various events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and panel discussions. You will act as a facilitator between speakers and the audience, ensuring that all discussions are engaging and on topic. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Key Responsibilities:
- Introduce speakers and provide background information on their expertise
- Facilitate Q&A sessions by selecting relevant questions from the audience
- Keep track of time and ensure that each speaker stays within their allotted time
- Encourage audience participation through interactive activities or polls
- Manage any technical difficulties that may arise during the event
- Monitor social media channels for any questions or comments from virtual attendees
- Liaise with event organizers to ensure all necessary equipment is set up properly

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in other languages is a plus)
- Confidence in public speaking and moderating discussions
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as events may take place outside of regular business hours
- Knowledge of current events and trends in relevant industries
- Previous experience as a moderator or emcee is preferred but not required

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Atlanta, USA (accommodation provided)
