A reputable construction company in Atlanta is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. This position is open to Indian nationals who are interested in starting their career as a Carpenter. Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials according to project specifications
- Install structures, fixtures, and fittings such as windows, doors, trim, cabinets, and furniture
- Follow blueprints and building plans to ensure accuracy and quality of work
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members
- Keep the work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training in carpentry preferred
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use various measuring tools accurately
- Strong knowledge of different types of wood and their characteristics
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity for lifting heavy materials and operating power tools
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
