Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative and functional designs that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and plans for new projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure the design is implemented correctly
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the project runs smoothly
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review and approve project drawings and specifications
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
