Part-Time Industrial Architect
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Preference for male candidates with a biometric passport)
We are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Lisbon. This position is suitable for men with a biometric passport and offers flexible part-time hours.
As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and plans for industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, and other structures
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide innovative solutions
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure the design is implemented correctly
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Familiarity with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations related to industrial construction
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and contractors
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Salary:
This is a part-time position offering a competitive salary of 1400$ per month. Additional benefits may be provided based on experience and qualifications.
