Industrial Architect - Contract Position (Indian Candidates Preferred)


We are in need of an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team on a contract basis in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings and facilities
- Develop conceptual designs and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits regularly to ensure construction progress aligns with plans and specifications
- Address any design or construction issues that may arise during the project
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect, preferably in commercial or industrial projects
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards related to industrial buildings
- Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit for creating detailed architectural drawings
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a salary of $1200 per month. Please note that this is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
