Industrial Architect


We are in need of an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Dickirch. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings, factories, and other structures. Your expertise in both architecture and engineering will be crucial in creating functional and efficient spaces for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Develop design concepts that meet both aesthetic and practical considerations
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research building codes, regulations, and safety standards to ensure compliance
- Work closely with engineers and construction teams to oversee the building process
- Conduct site visits to ensure the quality of construction meets design specifications
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of architectural design, building materials, and construction methods
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams

Salary:
As an Industrial Architect, you will receive a salary of 1100$ per month. We also offer competitive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Location:
This position is located in Dickirch. Candidates who are willing to relocate are welcome to apply.

Nationality/Citizenship:
We prefer candidates who are Pakistani or have experience working in Pakistan. However, all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of nationality.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required for this position as you will be working on international projects. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with flexible work hours. However, occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.
