Heavy Equipment Operator

We are currently seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various types of heavy equipment, such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders. Your main duties will include operating equipment to excavate and move earth, materials, and debris on construction sites or other locations.

Requirements:
- Must be a Pakistani or Nepali national with valid work authorization in Lithuania
- No previous experience required, training will be provided
- Must have good physical stamina and able to lift heavy objects
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to company procedures and safety guidelines
- Safely load and unload materials using various equipment
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues immediately
- Follow daily work schedule provided by supervisor
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers
