Concrete Worker

A well-established construction company in Atlanta is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete surfaces on various construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up concrete forms according to project specifications
- Pour concrete into designated areas using appropriate tools and techniques
- Smooth and level concrete surfaces using hand trowels, screeds, or power equipment
- Apply finishing techniques such as stamping, staining, or sealing as needed
- Monitor curing process and make adjustments as necessary
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concrete Worker in the construction industry
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read project plans and blueprints
- Knowledge of different types of concrete materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver's license

We offer competitive pay starting at $1800 per month based on experience, as well as opportunities for growth within our company. This is a full-time position with typical work hours from 7am to 3pm Monday through Friday.
