A reputable construction company in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, and joining metal components using welding techniques. This is a contract position with the opportunity for visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Welder
- Valid work visa or eligibility for visa sponsorship
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficient in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Join metal components using welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Inspect completed welds for quality assurance
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Salary:
Starting salary of $1400 per week with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Las Vegas, but we welcome applicants from all over Canada. We are also open to providing visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is not required for this position.

Qualifications:
No previous experience is required; however, preference will be given to candidates with prior welding experience. We are seeking individuals who are willing to learn and have a strong work ethic.
