Cashier Supervisor - Al Ahmadi, Egypt


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cashier Supervisor to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Egypt. As a Cashier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cashier department and ensuring efficient and effective customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of cashiers to provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of accuracy in cash handling
- Monitor daily transactions and ensure all cashiers balance their tills at the end of each shift
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain proper cash handling procedures, including counting, recording, and depositing cash accurately
- Create work schedules for cashiers to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Conduct performance evaluations for cashiers and provide coaching as needed
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure smooth operation of the store
- Stay updated on all company policies, procedures, and promotions to effectively communicate them to customers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cashier Supervisor or similar role in a retail setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical abilities for accurate cash handling
- Proficient in using electronic point-of-sale systems (POS)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary: 1400$ per month
