Job Title: Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations, including maintaining supplies, filing systems, and scheduling appointments
- Process and track invoices, expenses, and other financial documents
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other team members
- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job listings and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members as needed
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses and budget
- Provide administrative support to management as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role; experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1400$
Location: Ar Rumaythiyah (accommodation provided)
