We are in search of a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team in Lom, Kenya. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious pastries and desserts for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, such as cakes, cookies, pies, and breads.
- Decorate pastries with icing, glazes, and toppings.
- Manage inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure all food safety standards are met.
- Train and supervise pastry assistants.
- Develop new pastry recipes and menu items.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen.
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Creativity and artistic skills to design visually appealing desserts.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
