As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of our online community, ensuring that all user-generated content adheres to our guidelines and standards. You will also engage with community members, answer questions, and provide support when needed.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience moderating online communities or social media platforms
- Familiarity with community management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Canadian culture is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content for adherence to community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and provide support when needed
- Engage with community members to foster a positive and inclusive environment
- Collaborate with other moderators to ensure consistency in moderation practices
- Identify potential issues or conflicts within the community and take appropriate action
