Entry Level Welder

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Entry Level Welder to join our team in Medina. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks using various techniques and equipment to join metal parts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with limited experience in welding, as we will provide on-the-job training and support to help you develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments
- Monitor the welding process to ensure quality standards are met
- Inspect welded joints for defects and make necessary repairs
- Clean, maintain, and repair welding equipment as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear while working

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of welding techniques and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in various positions
- Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions from senior welders

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Medina, Kenya (Preference for Kenyan nationals or those with a valid work permit)
