We are hiring an experienced Android Developer to join our dynamic team in Kaunas. As an Android Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain innovative mobile applications for our clients. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality, user-friendly, and efficient mobile applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features and functionalities
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure app performance and stability
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development and share knowledge with the team
- Continuously improve code quality through code reviews, refactoring, and other best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Android development
- Strong understanding of Java programming language and Android SDK
- Experience working with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on enterprise-level projects or large-scale mobile applications
- Knowledge of Kotlin programming language
- Familiarity with Git version control system
- Understanding of Material Design principles and UI/UX best practices
