Commercial Architect

A dynamic and experienced Commercial Architect is needed to join our team in Washington. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and industrial facilities. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative design solutions that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for managing projects, overseeing budgets, and coordinating with contractors and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, along with at least 5 years of experience in commercial architecture. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail, strong technical skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are also essential for this role.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $1100 per week. In addition to salary, we also provide accommodation and visa sponsorship for candidates who require it. Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements

Requirements:
