Commercial Architect

Our architectural firm in Wiltz is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and spaces, including office buildings, retail centers, and industrial facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their budget and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to determine their project goals, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed design plans and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure alignment with design plans and specifications
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, engineers, and other team members
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in commercial architecture

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 3 years of experience working on commercial projects
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations related to commercial construction
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Wiltz (open to Filipinos or foreigners)
