We are hiring a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Lom! As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing building frameworks and structures using various materials such as wood, metal, and plastic. Your duties will include measuring and cutting materials, installing structures and fixtures, and ensuring that projects are completed according to specifications.

To excel in this role, you should have strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools, as well as the ability to read blueprints and follow safety procedures. A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials (wood, metal or plastic) according to blueprints or project plans
- Install structures such as windows, doors, stairs, partitions etc.
- Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance tasks
- Repair or replace damaged parts
- Build scaffolding and other construction structures
- Collaborate with other workers such as electricians or plumbers if necessary
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter
- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
- Ability to interpret blueprints/drawings
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Physical strength
- Basic math skills
- Good communication skills
