We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Lom, Togo. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. You will work on a variety of projects including building frameworks, installing fixtures and fittings, and repairing damaged structures.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
- Repair damaged or decaying wooden structures
- Inspect woodwork for quality control purposes
- Collaborate with other team members on construction projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Knowledge of woodworking tools and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical plans
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with different types of wood and materials is preferred but not required.
